City of Maastricht, Netherlands Joins Netherlands American Chamber of Commerce
HOUSTON – September 22, 2014 -- Geert C. Visser, President of the Netherlands-American Chamber of Commerce Texas (NACCTX), today announced the Dutch city of Maastricht in the province of Limburg has joined NACCTX as a corporate member. In order to welcome its new member, NACCTX will hold networking event at Maggiano’s Little Italy 2019 Post Oak Blvd Houston, TX 77056 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.

The city of Maastricht, situated at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands, is located between Belgium and Germany and is considered the birthplace of the modern European Union. The 2,000-year-old city was settled by the Romans and has grown into an international hub known for its rich cultural, shopping and gastronomic opportunities. |
“Maastricht is a gateway to Europe and is a welcoming and attractive location for establishing or expanding a business due to its prime central location,” said Visser, commenting on the new NACCTX member.
